Una MARINARA senza paragoni. (Io marinara. Sempre e solo) Chi sa preparare una MARINARA così, sa cosa è, e come fare una PIZZA, che è alla base di tutte le pizze del nostro patrimonio italiano. Sembra semplice ma, anche no... Pomodoro eccellente, aglio fresco in giusta dose, origano, olio. (le foglie di basilico fresco non guastavano). Una gioia per il palato. Impasto ottimo. La Signora gentilissima. GRAZIE!

Ottima pizza ...si sente la mano di 45 anni di esperienza! Siamo stati qui sabato 26/7 in orario di pranzo io e mia moglie Avevamo cercato alloggio in zona Omegna per partecipare a una gara amatoriale di nuoto (Traversata da Riva a Riva - DRAR) Prima di arrivare all'appartamento abbiamo deciso di mangiare una bella pizza per fare il carico di carboidrati per il giorno dopo E che dire....oltre che ottima il giorno della gara siamo andati a bomba!!!! I gestori (originari della Cistiera Amalfitana) sono due persone veramente affabili ed estremamente gentili!!! Se siete in zona venite pure a mangiare qui una pizza....fatta come si deve.... Possibilità di consumarla nella saletta....come abbiamo fatto
